How to refer

2. We take it from there

We reach out to your patient directly. We handle scheduling and insurance authorizations.

3. You stay informed

With your patient’s consent, we release records back to you. Use the records release form (PDF).

What happens next

Your referral will not disappear into a queue. Our office calls your patient, verifies their coverage, and helps them finish the intake paperwork before the first visit.

Once the paperwork and consents are complete, we schedule the first appointment — by secure video.
