Anxiety & panic

Racing thoughts, a pounding heart, dread that will not switch off — anxiety is exhausting. It is also very treatable.

We help with worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, and fear of public speaking. Learn more in our anxiety & depression FAQ (PDF).

Depression

Depression is more than sadness. It can feel like heaviness, numbness, or losing interest in things you love.

We treat depression, grief, and low mood after having a baby (postpartum depression) with careful medication — working alongside your therapist.

You don’t have to push through alone. Call 203-680-0030.

ADHD

ADHD makes it hard to focus, finish tasks, or quiet your thoughts. It affects kids, adults, and older adults — and it often goes missed for years.

We evaluate carefully first. Medication is discussed only after we understand the full picture.

Wondering if it’s ADHD? Call 203-680-0030.

Trauma & PTSD

After something terrible, your body can stay stuck on high alert (PTSD). Nightmares, flashbacks, and feeling jumpy are symptoms — not weakness.

We go at your pace, always. You choose what to share and when.

Take the first step: 203-680-0030.

Bipolar disorder

Bipolar disorder brings big mood swings — energized highs (mania) and heavy lows. Steady, consistent care makes a real difference.

We work with you on a plan that keeps your moods on level ground.

Let’s find steady ground. Call 203-680-0030.

Insomnia & sleep

Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep (insomnia) drains everything else in your life.

We look for the cause first — mood, stress, habits, or other medicines. Then we build a plan for real rest.

Tired of being tired? Call 203-680-0030.

Substance use & Suboxone

Wanting to cut back or quit takes courage. You will not find judgment here.

We treat alcohol, cannabis, and opioid use. That includes medication-assisted treatment — medicines such as Suboxone and naltrexone that ease cravings and withdrawal — plus real support.

We believe in therapy — and we partner with therapists

Medication is never the whole story. Therapy — like CBT, DBT, and EMDR — is one of the most powerful tools in mental health care.

We don’t provide talk therapy ourselves. Instead, we refer you to a network of skilled therapists we have collaborated with for years, and we handle the medication side of your care.

Already have a therapist? They stay your therapist. Most of our patients come to us from therapists, and we work alongside them — never in place of them.

Ask what fits you best: 203-680-0030.
