George J. Costanzo, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner — Board Certified
Bio
George is board certified in psychiatric care. Before psychiatry, he practiced as a chiropractor for about 30 years. He earned his psychiatric nurse practitioner degree at Fairfield University in 2019. He treats teens, adults, and older adults with a careful, whole-person (holistic) approach to medication.

Deborah Ellison-Medeiros, APRN, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Bio
Deborah is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Quinnipiac University. She cares for children through older adults. She focuses on medication care for depression, anxiety, unwanted repeated thoughts and habits (OCD), and trouble with focus (ADHD).

Marta Sarzynski, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Bio
Marta trained at Fairfield University, finishing in 2019. Her background is pediatric and adult primary care, including a school-based health center. She helps with anxiety, depression, and trouble sleeping (insomnia). Born and raised in Poland, Marta offers care in Polish and English.

Christine Seidell, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Bio
Christine is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with a concentration in Family Medicine, treating both children and adults.
Christine provides compassionate, patient-centered care, focusing on creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment and establishing a trusting patient-provider relationship. She works with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle recommendations.
For the last four years, she has treated patients in her primary care practice with anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and is excited to be a part of the CCPW Team.
