Prescription Refills

1. Call your pharmacy first. Most refills are requested by the pharmacy electronically — no call to us needed.
2. If the pharmacy says they need us, message us through the patient portal or call 203-680-0030.
3. Ask early. Request refills at least 5 business days before you run out.

Controlled medications

These medicines have extra rules to keep you safe:

• One pharmacy on file — tell us before you switch.
• Your supply is prescribed to last until your next visit.
• Lost or stolen medication is replaced once. Stolen requires a police report.
